TRefund and Returns Policy for Curfashion Trinidad and Tobago

Curfashion Trinidad and Tobago is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which items may be returned or exchanged.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items, such as sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and accessories, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Please allow 2 business days for processing once the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a product defect or our error.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at info@curfashion.com or 868 363 6218 with your order details.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item to 39 Independence Square, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as needed.

6. Store Credit

  • Store credits are issued as digital vouchers and are valid for 60 days.
  • Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, it must go through the return process.
